Private sessions allow for a deeper 1:1 experience and are available both in Swedish and English. I am based in Uppsala, Sweden and are available to facilitate in-person sessions or online if you are based elsewhere.

Breathwork is a powerful tool to get in tune with your body’s innate intelligence for self-healing. Breathwork has many different variations, styles, and names. The rhythmically breathing in breathwork activities the parasympathetic nervous system which slows your heart rate and lowers your blood pressure, you create a deep feeling of calm, centered grounded, energized, and overall stress and anxiety reduction.

Changing your breath literally changes your brainwaves. Neuroscientists say that there's a direct correlation between an increase of alpha brain waves and reduced symptoms of depression. Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercise.
There are many different forms of qigong practices. Some of these forms put a lot of weight on breathing and meditation to promote spirituality and health, and others are more vigorous and include martial arts exercises. Tai chi, a widely practiced mind-body exercise, is sometimes referred to as a form of qigong because it "cultivates, moves and helps manage Qi.

Qi-gong opens the flow of energy in meridians used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. It enhances our ability to feel the Life Force underlying the physical world and to deepen our communication with it. For many of those who practice qigong is an individual mind-body exercise, much like yoga and other energetic exercises.

Physically, slow gentle qigong movements warm tendons, ligaments, and muscles; tone vital organs and connective tissue; and promote circulation of body fluids (blood, synovial, lymph). Thousands of studies have shown qi-gong effective in helping to heal life challenges ranging from high blood pressure and chronic illness to emotional frustration, mental stress, and spiritual crisis

Shamanic drumming also known as Rhythm healing is the ancient approach that uses therapeutic rhythm techniques to promote health and well-being. Specialized Rhythmic drumming patterns are designed to influence the internal rhythmic patterns of the individual and harmonize those patterns that are thought to be causing illness or imbalance. When we hear drumming, our living flesh, brainwaves, and spiritual energy centers begin to vibrate in response.

Shamanic drumming is drumming for the purpose of inducing a range of ecstatic trance states in order to connect with the spiritual dimension of reality. Practiced in diverse cultures around the planet, this drum method is strikingly similar the world over. Shamanic drumming uses will induce light to deep trance states, and facilitate the shamanic techniques of journeying, shapeshifting, and divination.

Practitioners may progress through a series of trance states until they reach the level that is necessary for healing to occur. Shamanic drumming continues to offer today what it has offered for thousands of years: namely, a simple and effective technique of ecstasy.
